Instalmec achieved the certification UNI EN ISO 3834-4:2006, which ensures the competence of the company and the application of proper control of welding processes.

Instalmec will participate to the "Interpellets 2011" exhibition which takes place in Stuttgart, Germany, from 5 to 7 October 2011 - Hall 4, Stand 561.
Its president Mr. Adriano Stocco, Project Manager Eng. Luca Zapetti, and Export Area Manager Sergio Ippoliti will introduce to visitors the latest innovations of the Company and will be pleased to discuss projects related to the world of pellets.

Instalmec has developed – and recently installed - interesting innovations in the sector of pellet Plants, like the 30 ton/h gravimetric separator installed at the biggest Italian pellet producer. It improves the dryer performance and at the same time it removes even the smallest foreign body that might be present in the material to be pelletized.

One more innovation is the 6,8MW biomass fed hot gas Generator equipped with a special system which recovers the exhaust gases, therefore saves 20% on fuel, and reduces  the emissions by 40%.

Further innovations that are going to be presented during the Interpellets 2011 exhibition are:
